Q. How long does it take to ship out my order ?
A. It all depends on the quantity of items order, for example if a 12 piece order is placed and it does not consist of the same item but of different items, it can take up to 3-5 business days to ship out. Due to high order volume during the Holiday season please call in orders you need by a certain date. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days, please consider this when ordering.
Q: How do I obtain my tracking number ?
A. Your package tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also retrieve your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under "My Account" tab on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, retrieve tracking numbers, and review past invoice(s).
Q. How can i place an order using the C.O.D option?
A. Unfortunately our website is setup to take orders using Major Credit Cards THROUGH PAYPAL.
If you wish to place an order with the C.O.D option, you will need to contact our customer service department to place and order. There is an additional fee for orders placed using the C.O.D. option, this fee is charged by UPS and not us.
. Do we offer samples of our merchandise?
A. We can ship out a prepaid sample, simply call our phone number and ask our representatives that you wish to order a sample. We do not offer Free Samples. The cost of the sample will be at retail price.
